Bathroom Sinks

Culture Marble

Standard bathroom sinks in modular homes are cultured marble with an integrated wash bowl. Cultured marble comes in a number of colors and styles. The most popular style today is the granite look which has out paced the classic swirled marble bathroom sink of the seventies. Solid color cultured marble sinks have also become ever more popular.

Pedestal Sinks

Pedestal sinks are a popular options for powder rooms and bathrooms with linen closets. Kohler offers modular home factories a large selection of pedestal sinks. From economy to luxury sinks rich to the look.

Drop In Lavatories

Another option is to have a laminate counter top in your modular home's bathroom with a drop in sink. This option is not as popular due to additional cleaning requirements not found with cultured marble and pedestal sinks.

On Site Sinks

If you do not like what a manufacturer offers as upgrades for your bathroom sinks, you can always purchase a sink at your nearest plumbing supply or big box store. Often modular home companies do not offer specialty items due to the added cost to the consumer where installing a custom bathroom sink on site is less expensive.
