On-Site by Others If your home requires options and finishes to be constructed by other than the modular home factory, you or your contractor will be responsible in having these elements completed on site. The "On Site by Others" will be printed on your final prints you sign off on and the building permits. Often many of the on site by others will need to be inspected by your local building inspector.
