Custom Options

There are two types of custom options with a modular home. The first one is factory installed or supplied options and the other is supplied and installed on site by others.

Factory Custom Options

These options include everything the manufacturer is able to supply and install in your home. Many of the standard optons offered were at one time a custom option. Custom options supplied and installed by the factory could include custom doors. Many of the modernist prefab architects will spec out custom options. Some times the factory will supply and install these items and at times they will tell an architect to have the options supplied and installed on site.
