About North American Housing
North American is owned by Champion Homes a dominant force in the manufactured housing industry. Champion is well known for their single and double wide mobile homes / HUD Code or manufactured housing. North American has been in business since 1971 and has the capacity to produce custom prefab homes. In addition to building custom designed modular homes, North American has one of the most attractive line of standar floor plans:ranch homes, two story; cape cod, multi family homes. North American also builds new multi family prefab buildings and commercial structures.
Production Facilities
North American Homes has two manufacturing facilities. Their original factory is located in the Frederick, MD. Champion Homes is also using their modular home factories located in Boones Mill, VA and Stratonville, PA. The three locations allow North American to supply new prefab homes to: DE, GA, NC, NJ, PA, SC, VA and WV. Champion Homes and North American Homes has over 300 approved builders and dealers through out their sales manager
Options and Innovation
In addition to having a great line of standard modular home floor plans, North American Housing carry federal copy writes on their line of home which does not allow us to show their ranches, Cape Cods, two story or other prefab homes. One or more of their floor plans have won national design awards. North American offers a wide selection of standard and custom priced features and options.
