Cutler Metro
The Metro modern modular home is designed to take advantage of views on the back side of the home. All of the spaces on the first floor of this prefab design open onto a large outdoor living deck through sliding glass doors or tall windows. The kitchen and dining area is bright and airy with a center sink and eat in kitchen bar. The second floor of this modern modular home provides three general sleeping chambers and a master suite. Each bed room has direct access to a bathroom. The two smaller bathroom have a jack and jill floor plan design to share a shower and toilet with separate vanities.
