Reasons to Build a System Built Modular Home

Quality Materials - MHP’s modular homes are built with brand name quality materials.  Visit Modular Home Place’s product guide to review many or our branded products.

Craftsmanship - Our modular home factory has a number of stations within its facility: floor framing, wall framing, ceiling, roofing, drywall, plumbing, kitchens, etc.  Each department has skilled workers doing specific tasks to complete your home.  We invite you to visit our factory with us to witness the craftsmanship in person.

Energy Efficiency - Modular Homes are built to be energy efficient.  All  electrical and plumbing are air sealed in the factory. Standard high density R19 Insulation is installed on the 2x6 exterior walls and Standard R-30 insulation is installed in the ceilings.  Modular Home Place will also instruct you on how to improve the energy efficiency of your home with their “Building a High Performance Modular Home” manual.
