FIRST FLOOR CEILING

2 x 6 ceiling joists 16” O.C. with ceiling drywall and double 2 x 12 perimeters.

Fiberglass insulation around exterior perimeter between ceiling and 2nd floor.

SECOND FLOOR – FLOOR SYSTEM

2 x 8 floor joists 16 “ O.C. for 24’ and 25’ wide homes.

2 x 10 floor joists 16” O.C. for 26’ thru 31’2” wide homes.

INTERIOR

Stairs to second floor with ship loose carpet and pad.

Railing supplied and installed by builder or optioned in and either installed or shipped loose by manufacturer depending on the floor plan.

EXTERIOR

All 2nd floor siding is shipped loose.

PLUMBING

Plumbing to be connected between 1st and 2nd floor by builder. Material supplied by manufacturer.

Plumbing to be connected through floor accesses when possible.
