Why Tour a Modular Home Factory?

Your factory tour will answer most of your questions concerning the construction, options and level of finish your modular home. It is highly recommended that you schedule a factory tour to understand the advantages of modular construction.

Homes being built in a manufacturing facility are protected from the natural elements of rain, sleet and snow. Only after the home is completed will it be outside—wrapped in protective for delivery to your site.

Walls, ceilings, floors and roofs are constructed on jigs to maximize square and accurate construction. Each construction station in the factory has both internal and third party quality control measures insuring your home is built to high construction standards.

After your home is completed, it will be delivered to your building site and lifted by a crane and placed on your foundation. At this point you become the true general contractor and manage the completion of your custom modular home.
